Postcode Innovation Trust offers subsidised loan packages of £50,000 to £300,000 to asset-locked social enterprises within Great Britain that aim to achieve impact across the following funding themes:
- Thriving Together (Health, Wellbeing, Supported Housing)
- Bright Futures (Social Care, Education, Children & Young People)
- Sustainable Planet (Environment & Sustainability)
- Resilient Communities (Employment, Community Development, Inclusion)
Our core funding offer is made on a 50% loan, 50% grant basis, with a fixed 3% annual interest rate on the loan. We also offer revenue participation on a case by case basis, which is offered at 60% loan, 40% grant.
Postcode Innovation Trust is an impact first investor and will only invest in an organisation if they can demonstrate clear routes to achieving social and environmental impact through their business activities. We take forward a maximum of 16 social enterprises per year to investment committee stage, across four investment rounds.
